Amber is the founder of The Light House Cowork (TLHC), a shared office space located in Leduc, Alberta. Amber has also worked as a business coach since 2015 helping small businesses with various aspects of business including cash flow planning, bookkeeping, marketing, operations and systems, HR, policies and procedures, business and strategic planning, contract development, invoicing, rate setting, and navigating self-employment. She is also currently working with the Leduc Nisku Wetaskiwin Regional Chamber as their Small Business Support Specialist overseeing all aspects of the Small Business Support Program and Job Connector initiatives. This role supports startups, home-based businesses, youth, and small businesses through coaching, mentoring, facilitating workshops, coordinating job fairs and connecting entrepreneurs with resources and referral partners across the region.
