- Cancellations received before November 12, 2026, 11:59 p.m. MT, are eligible for a full refund, less a $5 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received on or after November 12, 2026, will not be refunded.
- Transfers to a future course date may be accommodated, provided the request is received no later than one week (seven days prior) to the course. Transfer requests within seven days of the course cannot be accommodated.
