Are you a compassionate and dedicated RVT looking for a unique opportunity in a progressive, holistic veterinary clinic? We are currently seeking a Full-Time Registered Veterinary Technologist to join our integrative care team!

Our veterinarians are trained in and practice both Western veterinary medicine and Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM). Treatment options may include acupuncture, manual therapies, herbal prescribing, and other integrative modalities. This allows us to offer a whole-animal, wellness-focused approach to care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform Class 4 Laser Therapy treatments under the direction of the veterinarian
Communicate in a compassionate and professional manner with clients and fellow veterinary care team members, using efficient oral and written communication skills
Facilitate diagnostic tests (i.e. blood work, urine, radiographs, etc.) using appropriate equipment and low-stress handling techniques
Document and maintain accurate medical records with an appropriate level of detail and professionalism
Operate and maintain veterinary medical equipment in accordance with health, safety, and professional standards
Display an ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Maintain and support a respectful, collaborative work environment, assisting other team members as needed
Assist in additional patient care tasks and treatments as required
Educate and support clients on treatment plans and preventative health strategies
NOTE: We do not perform dental or surgical procedures. While sedation monitoring may occasionally be required, RVTs are not expected to carry out any procedures involving general anesthesia.
Requirements
Must be a Registered Veterinary Technologist in good standing with the ABVTA
Must be able to competently and confidently perform laser therapy using a class 4 Companion laser machine – Appropriate training will be provided
Must be able and willing to work until 6:30 PM on scheduled weekdays
Should possess a genuine interest in holistic and integrative veterinary medicine
