Please Note: The ABVTA offices will be closed from Friday, October 17 through Tuesday, October 21, 2025, as our team attends the CanWest Veterinary Conference.  Job submissions received during the closure will be delayed and will be reviewed and processed when we are back in the office on October 22. Thank you for your understanding, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

For Current Listings, you can:

  • Edit > The listing will need to be approved by ABVTA Admin before it will appear back in the list on Current Positions Available.
  • Mark Filled > Listing will be removed from the list on Current Positions Available.
  • Duplicate > This will create a new listing and you have the option to edit the details. Requires payment.

For Expired Listings, you can:

  • Relist > You have the option to relist a previous listing and edit the ad before submitting it. Requires payment.

When you Duplicate a job listing or Relist an expired job listing you will choose a package (time frame for the ad) you will be required to pay at checkout. If this step is missed and the job submission does not ask for payment please contact jobs@abvta.com in order to have an invoice emailed to you.
